The First Step to Dialysis Travel with NEXCARE

We’ve gathered frequently asked questions about using NEXCARE services and preparing for dialysis travel.

Yes, we provide the hospital’s contact information and location regardless of reservation status, so you may contact them directly.

Partner hospitals generally support basic English communication. For other languages, translation apps are often used. However, if this is inconvenient, you can request an interpreter guide service, which incurs an additional fee.

WTDM partner medical institutions have agreements with advanced hospitals equipped with emergency facilities. In the event of an emergency during dialysis, those institutions can provide medical support. However, we do not provide assistance for emergencies occurring outside of treatment during travel.

NEXCARE protects your personal information securely in accordance with international security standards.

You pay a deposit of KRW 40,000 through the app in advance. After dialysis, the remaining balance is paid directly to the medical institution.

You can apply for a reservation by selecting your desired country and hospital through the Nexcare app. The selected hospital will then request any additional documents and guide you through the necessary steps.

Currently, 108 partner medical institutions are available in Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam (Da Nang), and Thailand (Bangkok). We are also in the process of partnering with hospitals in China, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia.

Only medical institutions that pass WTDM's strict verification procedures are eligible to become partners. Our staff conducts on-site inspections, focusing on hygiene, infection control, staff attitude, cleanliness, cost, and location.
